I am particularly attuned to working with introverts and highly sensitive people (HSPs).  I work directly with HSPs and also offer consultations for parents of highly sensitive children, helping them to understand and adjust to their child’s unique parenting needs.  I also work with couples who are genuinely interested in improving their methods of relating. In all sessions, I utilize a framework of holistic wellness (mind * body * heart * spirit * relationships) and offer referrals to complementary services, as needed.

Cost of Therapy

Initial Intake – $215

Follow-up Sessions – $185

No Surprises Act. Clients who are paying out of pocket for therapy (i.e. not using insurance or submitting out-of-network claims) are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate from their provider, as required by the Federal “No Surprises Act”.  This estimate is a summary of what you can expect to pay, within a specific time frame, for therapy services based on the therapists best estimate of needed care schedule. This estimate will be uploaded to the client portal for you to review. Please feel free to ask your provider any questions you may have about anticipated costs. Click here for more information.

Insurance.  Clients are responsible for confirming their benefits with their insurance company. Insurance billing is handled through my secure portal.

Payment options. All major credit cards accepted, as well as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

Cancellation Policy

Therapy is a shared commitment.  Since my time has been scheduled specifically for you, there is a full-fee charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours advance notice.  This fee cannot be billed to your insurance and will be charged to a credit card on file.
